Event countdown
Name your event, pick the date, and watch the days, hours, minutes and seconds tick down in real time. The countdown is saved in your browser, so it's still running when you come back.
A countdown that waits for you
Birthdays, weddings, the first day of vacation, a project launch, a big deadline, or the stroke of midnight on New Year's Eve: giving the wait a name and watching it shrink in days, hours, minutes and seconds makes it feel real. Unlike a one-off calculation, this countdown is stored right in your browser โ close the tab whenever you like, and the next time you open the page on the same device it picks up exactly where it left off, with the event you set.
Where it's saved and how to remove it
The countdown is kept in localStorage, a small storage area inside your browser: the data never leaves your device and nobody else can see it. That's also why the countdown won't follow you to another phone or computer, and why it disappears if you clear your browsing data or use private/incognito mode. You can remove it at any time with the "Delete countdown" button, or simply replace it by starting a new one.
