Remove photo metadata

Photos carry invisible data: where they were taken (GPS), when, and with which phone. This tool wipes it all before you share.

๐Ÿ”’ Total privacy: your photo is cleaned on your device, never uploaded anywhere.

What is EXIF metadata?

Every photo taken with a smartphone or camera hides extra information inside the file: the GPS coordinates of where it was shot, the date and time, the device model, and the camera settings. Share the original file, and you share all of that too โ€” enough for a stranger to figure out where you live or work.

How the cleaning works

The tool redraws your image pixel by pixel into a brand-new file: the result looks identical, but contains no metadata at all. It's the same technique social networks use when they strip photos on upload, precisely to protect their users' privacy.
