Who owes what to whom?
Everyone paid something on the trip? Enter the participants and the expenses: the tool computes each person's balance and the payments that settle everything, ready to paste in the chat.
How it works
The tool sums what each person paid, computes the per-person share and finds everyone's balance (owed or owing). Then it proposes the series of payments — at most one fewer than the number of participants — that settles all the accounts.
Divisions never come out even?
Leftover cents (e.g. $100 split 3 ways) are distributed one cent each to the first people in the list, so the total always adds up to the cent.
Privacy
Everything stays in your browser: no account, no app, no data sent anywhere. The «copy» button lets you paste the summary straight into the group chat.
